Training starts prior to the actual job assignment and follow an employee though their career. All the employees are mandated to undergo Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training on commencement of work and repeatedly thereafter. Employees undergo mandatory trainings on conducting clinical trials, ethics and governance, quality management and all other aspects of working in a scientific, yet professional environment.
