RemediumOne Pvt. Limited is a medical research company based in Sri Lanka, providing clinical research management and life science services to major clinical research companies and academic institutions around the world. We are affiliated to the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, under a public-private partnership. Our clinical research spans multiple therapeutic areas, from cardiovascular, stroke, gastroenterology, pediatrics, infectious diseases and many more. We work at government hospitals, alongside the top consultant doctors existing in the country.

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate with the following educational background and expertise:

Education & expertise required

  • Graduated in finance and/or business mgmt. related discipline.
  • Partially completed finance related professional qualification (CIMA/CA/ACCA etc).
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in finance/ audit is preferred.
  • Experience in Accounting systems (QB) and financial records maintenance.
  • Fluency in MS Office packages (Excel, Power point etc).
  • Fluency in both English and Sinhala languages (Written and oral communication).
  • Flexibility to work during extended hours & weekends to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of General Payments both online and cheques.
  • Assist in preparation of Utility Payments.
  • Send Payment Acknowledgements and Payment Breakdowns to respective persons.
  • Recording of Payments in QB.
  • Provide support in reimbursement of project related expenditure.
  • Analyze, reconcile and provide reports on project related activities.
  • Assist with financial audit activities.

Finance Assistant provides overall support to the company in finance related work scope. The individual will report to the finance divisional management and responsible to carry out the assignments undertaken by the team with utmost care and adhering to the timelines.
